The 2011 Global Mood Index report takes a look at the year in review, examining what drove the most positive Sentiment and the most negative Sentiment across the globe in 2011. The Index indicated that the world as a whole was happiest on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Unsurprisingly, plenty of events and issues kept most people feeling blue during the year.
